Use Submit correction on a data page to identify the claim and provide a source or detailed evidence. Submissions are private until an editor reviews them.
Approval in the moderation queue does not directly overwrite a published fact. An editor must update the record, attach evidence and give a correction reason. Material changes are logged.
Rejected and duplicate reports remain in the internal moderation history. Do not submit private information, credentials, or copyrighted files you cannot share.
