PlayStation’s offer is non-transferable and tied to the preorder account. Its confirmation email includes redemption instructions. Check the final offer before accepting a paid subscription.
Will I be charged afterward?
Membership renews at the regular monthly price unless canceled. Existing members can redeem the month too; their next billing date moves back by one month. There is one redemption per platform account, with no second month for refunding and reordering.
Where can PS5 players manage renewal?
On PS5, open Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payment and Subscriptions → Subscriptions. Select GTA+ to manage or cancel it. Check the displayed next payment date.
GTA+ preorder offer not showing?
- Check that your purchase qualifies as digital and falls within the offer period.
- Check the purchasing account and your platform’s redemption deadline.
- Check the redemption location above and any confirmation email.
- If the offer is still missing, contact the platform with your order reference. Do not post codes, receipts or account details publicly.
